Rhaetian Alps IGT “Cinquanta” 2011 – Plozza

This wine is born from the separate vinification of freshly pressed grapes and others left to dry. The nose stands out with notes of small red fruits and cherry that are found on the palate. The ideal pairing is with full-bodied first courses, red meat dishes, boiled meats, braised meats, game and mature hard cheeses.
