The finesse elevates the floral component and the purple rose. Balsamic notes emerge more and more convincingly, with notes of star anise and wild mint .

The tertiary elements are subtle and allow pleasant notes of Arabica and gentle tobacco to be perceived. At the table it finds its maximum expression with mature cheeses, long-cooked meats, braised meats and game.
