This Champagne shows a beautiful straw yellow color with golden reflections. Delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it is complex, expressive with the first notes of maturity.
There is deliciousness with hints of warm brioche, vanilla, dried apricots, nougat, white chocolate, pears, white pepper, custard, oranges and toasted bread. In the mouth it is fresh and creamy with a beautiful fine bubble.
A pleasant vinosity associated with a light woody note brings a lot of presence in the mouth where we find citrus and white fruits. The finish is a subtle combination of wood, pear and cedar.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif but also with a sea bream tartare, with a guinea fowl or with a fruity Comté.
