DOC Maremma Toscana "BAFFONERO" 2018/2019 - ROCCA DI FRASSINELLO

Baffonero takes its name from the vineyard of the same name, 100% Merlot, among the first planted at Rocca di Frassinello, the company that benefited from being born as a joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and Domaines Baron de Rothschild-Lafite, the most famous chateau in the world.

The Baffonero vineyard is at the foot of the winery designed by Renzo Piano, with perfect exposure. It pairs well with structured foods such as stewed red meats and game as well as spicy cheeses.

Vinification: in cement for 15 days at controlled temperature.
