This wine is born from the research and experimentation of Marco Triacca. It is a Metodo Classico Extra Brut that wants to express the best characteristics present in Pignola (an autochthonous red grape variety from Valtellina).

The scent is captivating, with floral and dried fruit notes (almond, hazelnut).

The same flavors are found in the mouth, the bubble is thin; the acidity and flavor of this wine make it a perfect match with Pizzoccheri Vatellinesi (as a provocation), as well as with first and second courses of fish.
