Franciacorta Reserve ANNAMARIA CLEMENTI 2015 - CA' DEL BOSCO

The Franciacorta Riserva Annamaria Clementi by Ca' del Bosco is undoubtedly the winery's most prestigious wine, produced only in the best vintages and dedicated to Annamaria Clementi, founder of Ca' del Bosco and mother of Maurizio Zanella.

Cà del Bosco defines it as an "absolute Franciacorta", the result of research, selection, and attention to every detail. Starting with the manual harvesting in small crates and the selection of bunches from 18 selected vineyards over 30 years old, followed by the exclusive "grappolo spa", a special system for washing and hydromassage of the bunches, using three soaking tanks and a system for complete drying.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, then it ages for 8 years in contact with the yeasts. The disgorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen and no liqueur d'expedition is added.

Here is a fantastic Dosaggio Zero, with a very fine and intense perlage. On the nose it is an explosion of intense and complex aromas, on the palate it is of great depth and length. An experience to try!
