100% Pinot Noir. Born from a suggestion of the great Giacomo Tachis, who knows this noble vine well and the surprising possibilities of expressing itself in Sicily. An expression with a clear Burgundian character, consistent, but at the same time very fine and elegant.
A wine that lends itself well to pairings, excellent with first courses of varying succulence and with second courses such as roast, braised and stewed meats.
