It is a fresh, linear wine with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing the mineral notes with greater determination.

The wine acquires its own complexity with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit.

In the mouth it is capable of enveloping the entire palate thanks to an important savoury essence accompanied by lively and exuberant acidity.

Recommended pairing with cold or warm but delicate appetizers and accompanies fish dishes whether boiled, steamed or grilled.
