Rosso di Vatellina DOC 2021 – Ascent

The winemaking phase is characterized by spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts, followed by 15 days of maceration on the skins. The refinement takes place in stainless steel for 7 months. Simple but immediate wine perfect for first courses and cheeses.
