COLOUR: straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
FRAGRANCE: good complexity and intensity, with typical hints of tomato leaf, nettle, sage and yellow pepper.
FLAVOUR: dry, with excellent body and aromatic persistence.
PAIRING: we recommend accompanying it with vegetable soups, especially cream soups, soufflés and fish flans, egg and asparagus dishes. Also excellent with cured meats.
