With a dark ruby ​​red color, this sforzato is very intense and deep on the nose, with hints of dried red fruit (the main characteristic of Sforzato di Valtellina) and spicy notes. The taste is enveloping, warm and tannic; ideal to accompany meat dishes and mature cheeses. 2,850 bottles of this sforzato are produced.
