This Gewürztraminer best expresses the characteristics of the grape variety: full and bright straw-yellow in colour, it has good concentration and a pronounced aromatic vein, with spicy-smoky notes of dried flowers and roses that tend to expand and thicken in the glass.
The taste is dense and rich, with a firm body, notable freshness and vivacity. Excellent as an aperitif, shellfish, Asian cuisine and mature cheeses.
