It is a rosé with personality: it combines the freshness of the aromas of a white wine and the character, softness and fruity pulp notes of a red wine.
Bright cherry-pink color, very clean, harmonious, with a fresh acidity. Serve cool, at cellar temperature. Excellent with appetizers, smoked fish, white meats and boiled meats.
