Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Lagrein “Steinraffler” 2019 - Hofstatter

It has a deep garnet red color with a tendency towards black. Its aroma combines earthy-mineral and fruity aromas. The fruity component remains almost hidden at the beginning and then, in the glass, develops into a crescendo of aromas of ripe dark plums. On the palate it highlights its fruity and mineral aromatic components. Excellent with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
