Valtellina Superiore DOCG “SÖL” 2021 – Barbacan

The production sub-zone is Valgella, which has the characteristic of having a wide variety of rocks and minerals, an expression of the aromatic and mineral set of Nebbiolo in Valtellina. “SÖL” is a wine that pairs perfectly with red meat main courses and traditional Valtellina products. The tannins are balanced and it expresses the characteristics of the local Nebbiolo in an excellent way.
