Ramât is a selection of grapes from the best vineyards (about 2 hectares) located between Isonzo and Collio.

In recent years, through careful micro-vinification work and study dedicated to Pinot Grigio, the quality of some particular plots of the Jermann winery emerged more and more clearly, and therefore a selection was made.
