On the nose, hints of fresh apple and lemon grass are clearly distinguishable with delicate notes of vanilla.
On the palate it is lively, has a fresh character with an elegant and well-balanced acidity. The fruity and floral aromas are confirmed on the palate, giving the wine its true character. Excellent with appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
