Vinsanto “S.Niccolò” of Chianti Classico DOC – CASTELLARE DI CASTELLINA

The authentic Chianti Classico vinsanto, neither too dry nor too sweet. Made in the strictest respect of tradition, with bunches of white Malvasia and a little Trebbiano left to dry hanging, in a ventilated environment, and not on reeds. And then with small barrels that have mothers of 20-30 years.

It pairs perfectly with long-aged cheeses, blue cheeses and desserts. Drunk alone it becomes a meditation wine.
